CutList Core Services

Cut to size panels
Its very simple; select your material and provide your sizes, and we will do the rest! Our selection of sheet materials includes MDF, plywood, chipboard, and decorative melamine panels, all of which are available in various sizes and thicknesses. We understand that the quality of the material is just as important as the precision of the cutting, which is why we only offer the highest quality panels from industry-leading manufacturers.

Edge banding
Our professional edge banding service elevates woodworking projects with a seamless finish. We offer a wide range of wood and ABS banding tapes, including various wood tapes to match all veneer species and ABS edge preparation tape for MDF edges. Various widths and thicknesses are available, along with a choice of square or radius edge.

Shaker doors
Made to measure 5-piece MDF shaker doors made to your requirements. Our doors are made with high-quality, moisture resistant MDF, ensuring that they can withstand the rigours of everyday use. Every door is made using 22mm MR MDF which is the optimal thickness to work with concealed hinges. Optional edge banding is recommended and provides a perfectly smooth and durable edge. For the ultimate Shaker door, add priming in white or grey, hinge holes and mid-rails to suit your project.

Panel bonding
Add 36mm or 38mm bonded panels to your order and achieve thicknesses that you can't always buy off the shelf, or that carry large minimum order quantities, with our bonding service. Suitable for worktops, end panels or any other chunky panels, we will glue two 18mm panels together then edge for you. No minimum order for this service means you can have as little as one panel on your order.

Spray finishing
We provide spray finishing services for a wide range of materials, including MDF, plywood, and veneered boards. If the board will accept a spray finish, we can spray it! We only use the best products and offer clear lacquer in a 10% sheen, along with primer in white or grey. Our clear lacquer is applied to a luxurious finish, with the natural grain of the board enhanced. This lacquer creates a durable finish so is suitable for many applications around the home.

Delivery Service
Our delivery service is designed to make receiving your order easy along with ensuring each panel is in perfect condition. This service is available across much of England using our own fleet of 3.5t vehicles. Our delivery fees are very competitive, simply enter your postcode above to get an instant delivery cost.

Q: Can I choose the type of material to use?

A: Yes, we offer a range of high-quality materials to choose from, including MDF, plywood, chipboard, and decorative melamine panels.

Q: Can I order custom shapes?

A: No, at the present time we are not able to offer curved or rounded shapes.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Our minimum order quantity is only one single sheet, making our service ideal for small and large-scale projects alike.

Q: What is the tolerance of your cutting service?

A: Our CNC saw is precise, with a machine tolerance of just 0.1mm, even with this level of accuracy we are still working with wood which can move slightly after cutting. For this reason we offer a working tolerance of 0.5mm which is widely accepted as suitable for even the most high-end furniture.
