Our ordering process, explained.

We understand how important it is to be able to price up work and make orders in the simplest way possible. Often our customers are doing these types of tasks in addition to spending a full day onsite, so the last thing they want to do is to spend hours battling with their computer. Our customers can now benefit from our new online ordering system meaning they can submit orders for pricing at the click of a button, an effortless step in our streamlined process. Because we are always striving to improve our service, we now have instant shaker door pricing, as well as instant delivery pricing and availability on our website. We have also introduced a function to order uncut sheets with accompanying cut to size orders to further simplify ordering with us. 

Simplicity, step by step

Choose materials- look through our products index and easily add material to a cutting list.

Enter Sizes- add your panels or shaker doors line by line.

Select edging and finishing option to suit your needs and submit your enquiry, a quote will follow usually within a couple of hours.

Confirm order- once payment has been received, we will email you a date for your delivery or collection.

Production of your order commences.

Frequently asked questions

  • How do I get a quote? 
    Log in to Cutlist.co.uk or register online for a new account, then simply go to ‘Create an order’

  • Can I edit an existing enquiry? 
    Yes- download a copy of your enquiry to your desktop; then you can upload the copy to populate our webform using the ‘Upload CSV/XLSX’ button in the ‘My account/ Orders’ page. Once uploaded, you can edit the enquiry using the webform. Please note: do not make changes to the CSV/ XLSX prior to uploading as this may fail to upload.

  • Can I duplicate lines on my cutting list?
    Yes- Use the duplicate line button at the end of the row when inputting your cutting list to speed up data entry 

  • How do I see board prices online? 
    Head to our ‘Products’ page to see the range of board we supply- you can also use the search bar at the top of the site to search for specific terms, such as board codes or manufacturers etc.
