Q- How much is it to cut my CutList?

A- One of the benefits of our service is our optimisation software. We can reduce waste and cost by giving you a quote on your cutlist, usually within 24 hours. If you would prefer we are happy to send you a per-sheet price list where the sheet prices include cutting, if you know the number of sheets you wish to buy, this can be a quick way to get costs for your project.

Q- What is your current lead time?

A- From the moment you confirm your order, we work quickly to ensure its timely delivery. We aim for most orders to be completed and delivered within 5-7 working days although during busy periods this can extend. We recommend ordering with plenty of notice so your order is delivered just when you would like it.

Q- How do I get a quote or place an order?

A- Just fill in our Get a Quote form with your project details and we will return your prices and availability right away. Should you wish to go ahead, give us a call to make payment using a debit or credit card or via BACS and we will give you a delivery date. You will be kept up to date throughout your order.

Q- Can I have my offcuts?

A- Yes! We consider offcuts to be around 400×400 or more but please let us know if you wish to keep anything smaller and we will certainly to so. For storage reasons we are unable to keep offcuts after an order has been completed, and so if you think you may need your offcuts for any reason please select the relevant option on our order forms.

Q- Do you provide samples?

A- Want to have a sample of something from our Price list? We can provide a wide range of samples of many of the boards we supply including Egger, Kronspan, Xylocleaf, Valchromat and MDF, birch ply and veneered boards. Email sample requests to info@CutList.co.uk.

Q- How will my order be delivered?

A- Every panel receives a component label as it is cut. Once complete, orders are stacked in no specific order, usually onto a pallet or as bundles for smaller orders. We take every action to ensure the load is secured appropriately into the van. When your order arrives, the driver with make the order ready for unloading by hand (Let us know if you have a forklift so we can send a drop-side vehicle for fork-unloading)
